At Navsarjan Computer, we aim to provide high-quality training and complete student satisfaction.

To ensure transparency, our refund policy is as follows:

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

1. The student requests a refund within 3 days of joining the course.
2. The student has attended no more than 2 classes.

Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be provided if:

1. The student has attended more than 2 classes.
2. The student requests withdrawal after 3 days of admission.
3. The student discontinues the course due to personal reasons.
4. Fees paid for registration, study material, or exam charges are strictly non-refundable.

Refund Processing Time

1. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
2. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used during enrolment.
