Admission & Enrolment

1. Admission is confirmed only after full or partial fee payment.
2. Students must provide accurate personal information during registration.
3. Course fees, schedules, and duration may vary by program.

Fees & Payments

1. Fees can be paid in full or in instalments (if applicable).
2. All fees must be paid on time to continue attending classes.
3. Late payments may result in suspension from classes.

Attendance & Discipline

1. Students are expected to maintain regular attendance.
2. Misbehaviour, misuse of lab equipment, or disturbing the learning environment may lead to disciplinary action or termination of admission.
3. Mobile phone use during class is strictly discouraged.

Study Materials & Software

1. Study materials provided by the institute are for personal learning only.
2. Sharing, copying, or distributing training materials/software outside the institute is prohibited.

Use of Computer Lab

1. Lab systems are to be used strictly for learning purposes.
2. Students must not install unauthorized software, change system settings, or misuse devices.
3. Any damage caused due to negligence must be compensated by the student.

Batch Timings & Schedule

1. Batch timings may be changed due to trainer availability or administrative reasons.
2. Students can request a batch change, subject to seat availability.

Refund Policy

1. Refunds are available only within 3 days of admission and only if no more than 2 classes are attended.
2. Registration fees, exam fees, and study materials are non-refundable.
3. Full refund is offered only if a batch is cancelled and no class has started.

Certification

1. Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of the course and required assignments/exams.
2. The student must clear all dues to receive their certificate.

Job Assistance

1. Job assistance includes interview guidance, resume support, and job alerts.
2. The institute does not guarantee job placement.

Privacy & Data Protection

1. Student data is collected only for academic and administrative purposes.
2. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except when legally required.

Liability

1. The institute is not responsible for loss of personal belongings within premises.
2. Navsarjan Computer is not liable for career outcomes, job guarantees, or external examination results.

Changes to Terms

1. The institute may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
2. Updated policies will be posted on the website and applicable immediately.
